For generations, the Naval Training Center (NTC) was a source of great pride to those who passed through its doors, working to build America’s naval presence in the Pacific and beyond. You are currently standing in what was formerly Building 94. It was built as the Technical Training building and was part of a larger group of school buildings built in the 1960s. In honor of our military heritage and in tribute to the men and women who passed through Building 94, The Rock Church has dedicated this space to display the “Building 94 Legacy Wall” , a permanent exhibition planned for 2008.
